Our automatic door technicians go through rigorous training and are BS 7036:1996 certificated and have obtained the required the CSCS card in Powered Door Operation & Installation.

Call outs
DRS attend Emergency Call Outs and repairs to all types of commercial doors including all types of automatic doors, manual doors and roller shutters.
DRS are part of the recognised Automatic Door Suppliers Association, so you can always be sure of a high quality service.
We offer a 24 Hour call out service with a dedicated call centre to co-ordinate your emergency calls and we also, (through stocking our vans with common components) attempt to complete repairs in one visit where possible.

The BS 7036: 1996, is the British standard that powered doors should adhere to and states that automatic doors should be regularly serviced by trained and knowledgeable engineers.
DRS Entrance Systems maintain all types of commercial door. It is just as important to check the safety and prolong the life of your manual and roller shutter doors too.

Gold Star Service
This a fully comprehensive contract, which includes all the features of the standard plus service plus all parts & standard Call Outs (Emergency - out of hours calls are additional). Plus the BS: 7036 - 1996 checklist certificate.
